Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
We are pleased to announce the return of Clinic Provider, Patricia Tygrett, DO. Doctor Tygrett comes to us from the active staff of Kalispell Regional Health Center. She recently joined the PMC’s team of providers and is excited to see patients from our community. Doctor Tygrett has a background with pain treatment and practices with The Montana Center for Wellness and Pain Management, where she sees chronic pain patients of all ages. As a registered nurse with 20 years of experience, she was well grounded in the medical field upon entering medical school. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee, and her Master of Science in nursing from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California. Doctor Tygrett completed her medical studies at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia, and carried out her osteopathic rotating internship with Northlake Regional Medical Center in Atlanta. She owned Calhoun Family Care Center, a solo practice in Calhoun, Georgia, for five years, then was employed for the next 10 years in a multi-practitioner family medicine office owned by the local hospitals in Calhoun and Rome, Georgia. Before joining Kalispell Regional Healthcare, she was a partner in the Northwest Georgia Medical Group in Calhoun and then worked as a locum tenens family physician based in Savannah, Georgia. She and her husband, Phil Sue, a retired teacher, live near Polebridge, MT from spring through autumn and enjoy the warm weather in Florida through the winter months. They enjoy rafting, canoeing, tubing, backpacking, camping and gardening. Her daughters and their husbands – Kristy and Rob Alm and Kaye and Garry Dieter – live in the Flathead Valley year-round.

Wishing Farewell to Dr. Kennaley
Dr. Tygrett will be taking the place of Dr. Rosemarie Kennaley who served in the PMC Clinic for over two years. Dr. Kennaley has announced she will be leaving the PMC Clinic to be in closer proximity to her family in Denver. It has been a pleasure to work with Dr. Kennaley and we know you join us in wishing her the very best in the future. Dr. Kennaley’s last day with the PMC Clinic is August 24th, 2018.
Dr. Kennaley’s former patients may be rest assured knowing their medical records are confidential and will remain on file with PMC Clinic. We encourage you to schedule with one of our other excellent providers. Dr. Jay Taylor, Aaron Dahle, PA-C, and Family Nurse Practitioner, Edith Ellsworth are all currently accepting new patients. By choosing another provider within the PMC Clinic, no action is required concerning your records.
We appreciate the community’s continued support in selecting the Pondera Medical Center Rural Health Clinic for your healthcare. We look forward to seeing you and are confident our other practitioners will be able to meet your healthcare needs. If you have questions regarding any of our services, feel free to call us at 406-271-3231.
